All themes provided by Crown Studio are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Upon purchasing a theme via the Shopify Theme Store, you are granted a single license to use that theme on one Shopify store only. This license is non-transferable and non-exclusive. If you wish to use the theme on multiple stores, you must purchase additional licenses for each store.
2. Intellectual Property
All code, design elements, graphics, and other materials comprising our themes are the intellectual property of Crown Studio. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our themes without prior written consent from us.
3. Theme Modifications
You are permitted to modify our themes to suit your needs for use on your Shopify store. However, any modifications made do not grant you ownership of the original theme or its components. Additionally, we do not provide support for modified themes.
4. Support
We strive to provide timely and efficient support to our customers. Support is provided for technical issues, bug fixes, and general inquiries related to the functionality of our themes. We do not provide support for third-party apps, customizations, or issues arising from modifications made to the theme code.
5. Theme Updates
From time to time, we may release updates to our themes to improve functionality, security, or compatibility with Shopify updates. These updates are provided free of charge to customers who have purchased the theme. It is your responsibility to ensure that your theme is up to date.
6. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a theme has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our themes at any time without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
